At REB Technology we offer customized services. This means that we tailor solutions to fit you and your business. We don’t have a one-size fits all approach. As such, our first order of business is to meet with you to find out what your needs are. This initial consultation is free, and will take no more than sixty minutes of your time.
The Process
After your needs and desires have been determined, our next order of business is to seek out an appropriate solution. This solution will be presented to you in the form of a quotation. Should you choose to accept our quotation, the next step is for you to make a fifty percent down payment for work to begin. A contract detailing the nature of the project, expectations, and requirements, will be drawn up and singed at this point.
Timeline
Depending on the nature of the work you’ve commissions, project completion can take anywhere from one to six weeks. During this time, we will keep you updated as the project progresses so that you will know what’s happening. You will always be kept in the loop.

How long does it take to build a website?
The faster we have your specifications and information for your site, the faster your site will be ready. The length of time is usually 30-90 days from the time we start to build the site to launch.
What platform do you use?
We build all of our websites on WordPress. It is one of the most versatile platforms, completely customizable, almost any functionality can be integrated with WordPress and it can be updated as your business grows.
What happens if I have changes?
You will have ample opportunities to revise and let us know of any edits you require as we progress through the build stage. We collaborate with you to ensure that you will be happy with the final product.
Will you take down my existing site?
We will not take down your existing website until the new website is finished and approved by you or your assigned person. The new website would be developed on a private, temporary URL. If you don’t have an existing website, we will launch a coming soon landing page on your website domain URL, while we develop your new site.
Who will maintain my site after it’s finished?
It is highly recommended that maintenance is in place once your website is completed. We can maintain it for you with updates of your website’s core files and plugins, along with offsite up to date backups to ensure that if your site has any issues, you always have an uncontaminated copy of your site to restore.
